Look for VCVARS32.BAT. This script will be installed to your MSVC++ bin
directory, and you could call it from c:/AUTOEXEC.BAT by using
    CALL z:\MsDev\VC\bin\vcvars32.bat
or wherever it resides on your machine. After the next reboot the
variables (Path etc) will be set.

Oh, this was for Win95.... For WinNT, you probably must either define
the expanded path in the personal environment settings (?under System?)
or ask an NT guru ;-)
