I think that <Directory>, <Files>, <Location> &co. should accept multiple
agrguments, but that's of course something that has to be added to
their handling routines. I've still got to try it, I guess that it needs
not much more than a do{...}while() loop.

Are they handled sensibly when %-encoded?
I think %22 should work for the realm...
