Nope. The name "Program Files" is used in english speaking countries
only. In Germany, this folder is called "Programme" (okay, you're right
this would hash to PROGRA~1 as well), but in other locales the name
might be completely different. Isn't there a way to pull the (long and
short) name from the registry or the system?
