	His telnet example fails because he is sending an HTTP/1.1
request without the Host: header, just like what the error message
says.  I am cc'ing the Apache Group -- Does C2 win the award for
finding the first MSIE 4.0 HTTP/1.1 bug?

	Sigh, MSIE has broken HTTP/1.1 support. Big fucking surprise.
I'll contact this guy directly, and cc the Apache Group.
