Subject OS comparison for web serving

Mention Apache, but don't give any online performance results that I can
see.  Not that I would trust them much even if they _did_ say Apache was
cool.  Their comments about not touching the distributed configs except
when the OS whined (or, more likely, the OS whined so that they noticed)
make me think the tests may be bogus, especially given their reported
performance dropoff for FreeBSD.
