Re: the TV ratings systems.  "MA" is the strongest one; so far the only
show I've seen carry it is "South Park", the raunchy animated show on
Comedy Central.  there's also "TV-14", "TV-PG" I think..?  Anyways, it was
a joke, my apologies.  But as with other patches, hopefully we can
"optimized timeouts" be in the core of the code rather than a #define.
