Subject [PATCH] Naming log formats

    All right, I'll break this discussion about access-logging changes
    into separate pieces.  Here's the first one, which allows you to use
    LogFormat to define a name for the format string.  That name can be
    used in other LogFormat or CustomLog directives rather than having
    to spell out the complete format each time.

     LogFormat "format string"       - sets the default format
     LogFormat name                  - sets the default format
     LogFormat "format string" name  - defines the name; DOESN'T change
                                       the default format
