    Not particularly, since there's no RefererLog in mod_log_config, and
    that would need to be brought over too.  I think this is a
    reasonable point to start drawing the line at what's done for
    compatibility with NCSA.  Let them change "RefererLog" and
    "RefererIgnore" to "CustomLog" and "SetEnvIf"/"DoNotLogIf"
    statements.  Aside from this one issue, the general feeling was
    "yeah, get rid of mod_log_agent & mod_log_referer."  This provides
    compatible - actually enhanced - functionality, if not syntax.
