Of course, Perl is much less likely to be installed on Windows than on Unix, but the only people who'd need to have it are those who roll releases, and I think we can guarantee those people either have it, or can install it (your local friendly CPAN archive has it in CPAN/ports/win32). -- Alexei Kosut
