Every code change that was committed was posted here, and voted on, or was
a PORT that has been listed in the STATUS reports for about 6 months.  If
you don't see the "Reviewed by:" in a 1.2.1 commit there's a chance that
it's listed in the corresponding 1.3 commit -- I was a bit lazy at copying
the same log comments.
