No. cc.  Their bundled cc (that thankfully spits out bundled in front of
each line) isn't ANSI, while their $$$ cc is.

There was some guy from HP that sent some mail to somewhere about
optimization bugs in HP's compiler... perhaps I could find that mail and
ask him if there is a nice way.

If you pass bundled cc -Ae it should whine.  I will have to look at it
later.
