But what I keep saying is that we don't have to label 1.2.1 as our latest
stable release.  Provide both 1.2.0 and 1.2.1.  If we find 1.2.1 doesn't
have many reports against it then start calling it the stable release.  Or
just fix it and release 1.2.2 a week or two later. 

During one of the betas a fellow complained to me saying "I wish you would
stop calling them release candidates, because I've been avoiding
installing them just waiting for the final release".

We don't even have to announce 1.2.1 for a few weeks.  Just make it
available for download...
