	Well, at the risk of sounding too organized, it would be fairly
simple to put together a Word document template or some such that would
have an "official" look to it for just these sorts of situations where the
AG would like to send a letter to someone.

	I'm not trying to sound like an office nazi...really!  I'm just
curious as to how we've done it in the past and if this is desirable for
the present and future...
