Same here; even if you give it 128Mb. You can actually easily confirm that
it _might_ be a microsoft problem; I compiled the null server from Stevens
networking bible; and gave that a hammer; it takes up to 60 seconds for
NT to get rid of the sockets after they have been used and closed.
