    The default behaviour is unchanged.  Note the following from my
    description:

    If you don't add *both* of these, no geometry attributes are emitted
    at all.  You can specify these at any directory/location level
    (e.g., in .htaccess files, <Location>s, vhosts, ...) if the icons
    are different on a per-location basis.
