Well, it is simple enough to do the Flush() call.  I was just checking if
calling bflush() was the way to go.  The rflush() function simply does
a bflush(r->connection->client), so it looks like it is intended to be the
access function to do this.  I just don't see anything else calling
rflush() anywhere.
