    I'm starting to *really* think that GNATS (or whatever) needs to be
    made to understand subjects of "(Re:\s*)*Changed information" and
    do the same thing with the messages that it does with
    "(Re:\s*)*[0-9]+/\S+".

    Is this something that needs to be done in GNATS itself, or in the
    apache-bugdb/apbugs listener (probably the latter)?
