Subject problem with mirror site (fwd)

It appears one mirror site is allowing public access to everything on their
mirror except /dist, presumably because it's the highest traffic generator and
they'd prefer to keep that local.  Do you think we should still link to them
from the Apache home page, in this case?

Your mirror site at http://www2.idiscover.co.uk/apache will not give me
permission to download Apache from the /dist directory, meaning I have
to make a lengthy download from the USA instead.
