You can pull the repository from http://dev.apache.org/from-cvs/ yourself
and look at it locally if you want.

mailing you the patch... only things that look likely on a quick glance
are your compiler not being happy with:

	#if defined(__EMX__) || defined(MPE)

or with my kill-errant-child patch, but I don't see how that would do it.
