Well, I'm just gonna be devil's advocate: The current behavior of
CutRule can be considered a bug. The patch fixes that bug. However,
allowing whitespace at the front of Rule and Module can really be
seen as a feature. I know, I know, that's a stretch, but it's these
kind of minor things that build-up and delay things. In any case, I
have a patch that does allow whitespace, but I was holding it until
1.2.1
