locally I have:

	setenv CVS_RSH /usr/local/bin/ssh
	setenv CVS_SERVER /usr/local/bin/cvs

on hyperreal I have:

	setenv CVSROOT /export/home/cvs/
	setenv CVS_RSH /usr/local/bin/ssh
	setenv CVS_SERVER /usr/local/bin/cvs

There's some redundancy in there, but who cares.

Of course you need to put your public key on hyperreal
(in ~/.ssh/authorized_keys) to get password-free access via
ssh and therefore cvs that uses it.
