Marc, another helper for you..

Do you have any CGI examples that exhibit this problem ?
Has anyone stripped a CGI down to something trivially simple to eliminate
the scripts themselves. I have difficulty believing that it's the CGI that's
at fault. I think this might be related to the changes in the main loop
in http_main.c. When a similar problem occured in the past I think it
was because we forgot to close something.

Exactly.  I definately was introduced between b4 and b6.  If there's 
anything I can do to help, let me know.
