Subject 40 bits is good enough for us...

One of our customers using SafePassage noticed they couldn't connect with
128-bit security to Verisign.  After a while trying to narrow down the
problem we found it wasn't a bug: Verisign's web server only had export
(40 bit) ciphers.

Interestingly, www.verisign.com, www.rsa.com and even merchant.netscape.com
are running secure servers that only support 40-bit export-safe ciphers.
