No! EXTRA_CFLAGS means what it says. It does not mean
"PUT_WALL_HERE_BUT_NOTHING_ELSE". If I have a cc flag I need to make
things compile, I would put it there. Since that's what it is. Then
the regex stuff would fail to compile. And that would be bad.
