Subject: reminder: apache-bugdb

Remember that new bug reports submitted to gnats are being sent to
apache-bugdb. When I tell Brian how to do it (or he does it on his own),
all modifications to PRs will be sent to the list as well, and additions
to the PR history will be able to be added by mail; for now just new
reports go to the list.

I encourage you to subscribe.

Also, anyone that has modified a PR and waited for a response for a user
should check to see there are no stale reports that they have dealt with
and, if there are, they should be closed. If the user doesn't answer
after a couple of weeks, we have to assume it isn't a problem unless it
can be verified.
