Subject general/180: Lycos doesn't like to index sites on Apache 1.2b6 (fwd)
Date Wed, 19 Feb 1997 17:22:21 GMT
This report is valid. Lycos's client doesn't like HTTP/1.1 headers. A

	BrowserMatch Lycos_Spider force-response-1.0

makes it work.

If anyone has any contacts at Lycos, use them and let us know. Otherwise,
I will try sending in a report to them somehow...

Anyone know how other robots behave? AltaVista's and WebCrawler's are ok.
