This would probably be due to the fact that the server is using SSI, no?

...although I wouldn't be suprised if the program is lame, since he
doesn't provide source and his FAQ's answer to "how does GetRight work"
says "You expect me to tell you?  Yeah. Right." like he's discovered some
secret...
