Well... perhaps that should be called the LAQ.  (hint: L = least)

Timely as in... well... err... not the current FAQ and people always ask
about?

Stuff like "how the heck do I get SSIs to work", "how do I do
authentication", etc.  Read the newsgroups for a few days and you will see
many of them.  They don't necessarily have to be in a FAQ, the how-to
section could fit a lot in.  Some could even just be pointers to other
people's docs, eg. NCSA when they are close enough.
