    Sorry for the delay in getting back to this..

    Well, the "search the bugdb" stuff is already prominent at the top
    of the page, but I like the idea of pushing them to the search form
    *first*.  The "submit" option is prominent on *that* page, so it's a
    bit of additional redirection with which I can happily live.
    Accordingly, attached is an updated patch to point to the search
    form.
