Subject Authentication over multiple servers?
Date Thu, 20 Feb 1997 11:29:40 GMT
Hi All

Is it possible to use standard authentication in such a way that if a
user authenticates themselves on

a.foo.com

they are also authenticated on

b.foo.com

I'm sure this could be done with cookie-based authentication but can I
do this in the standard mod_auth manner?

Also, does anyone out there use Cisco's "local director" for load
sharing/balancing? It sounds like a very useful piece of kit, though it
ain't cheap!

Mike
