hehe..  slowaris uses an exceptionally convoluted init rc system that
noone has bothered to change.. ;)  Nothing to worry about.

Sounds like he's just got his init stuff set up wrong.. not hard
without completely re-doing it.  Probably he just means that apache
is not getting killed when he does an init 6 like it should.

I've used slowaris a lot but I avoid the init rc's as much as possible
when I'm forced to use that system.
