Subject: [BUG]: "apache-SSL section on the web site unclear" on Solaris 2.x

Operating system: Solaris 2.x, version:
Version of Apache Used:
Extra Modules used:
URL exhibiting problem:

On, you
say about Apache-SSL that it requires a fee
for commercial use and may be subject to export
restrictions outside the UK. This is incorrect.

The sensitive code does not reside in the UK
but in Australia (SSLeay), and there are no
export restrictions whatsoever on this code.

Apache-SSL can be used outside the US for free,
both for commercial and non-commercial purposes.

Inside the US, Apache-SSL can still be used
for free *for non-commercial purposes* if
SSLeay is linked against RSAREF. To use
Apache-SSL inside the US for commercial purposes,
one has to license RSAREF for commercial use
which costs money.

Best regards,
