Access to the cgi-bin fails as follows:

Unable to use cgi-bin in [Mon Jan 13 11:52:10 1997] access to
/usr/local/etc/httpd/cgi-bin/imagemap/controlbar.map failed for
client; unable to determine if index file exists (stat() returned
unexpected error)

srm.conf contains:

ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ /usr/local/etc/httpd/cgi-bin/

access.conf:

<Directory /usr/local/etc/httpd/cgi-bin>
AllowOverride None
Options None
</Directory>
