We actually do have guidelines on documentation, and they are indeed
different from our code voting rules.  Basically, unless you are
writing something that says "this is the opinion of the Apache Group",
then go ahead and commit it.  It is incumbent on anyone who thinks
the documentation is wrong to either fix it or provide the words for
you to fix it.

I say go ahead and commit your update.  I have a few things I'd like
to flesh-out regarding my part of it, but I can do that easier after
you commit it.
