AOL 2.5 appears to load pages correctly, as does using Netscape over an AOL connection, so the problem is in that specific browser, not in AOL's proxies. Unfortunately, they just announced this one to be 3.0 "final", so it'll probably take more than the usual pressure to convince them to make another release. I have also only verified this on Win16, not the Mac or Win32 versions of AOL 3.0.
