It doesn't happen at periods of high load - while it's happened in the middle
of day a couple of times, it's also happened at a really dead time, like 10pm
on a Sunday night, when the regular scoreboard was only 1/3 full.

The trick is in figuring out what triggers it within MSIE 3.01 NT. Anyone have
that platform they can barrage an Apache 1.2 server from?
