I hadn't heard, but your message prompted me to try, and it
now works for my test case (starwars.com from AOL 3.0 W95).

I then contacted the proxy group, and hear they're in the process
of deploying this fix everywhere, which may explain inconsistencies.
This should sort itself out in a little while...
