Hmm, that would be safer, at least a subsequent signal would really be
fatal and would let the OS do whatever it wants and if you don't
happen to trigger the original fault while exiting you may be able to
perform a clean shutdown. Of course, you still have to call the signal
handler code to suspend the mask which might still fail but the risk
is vastly reduced.
