#define HAVE_MMAP

HPUX has some bizzare quirks. Please let me know if this fixes the problem.

I think HPUX version numbers that end with an odd number are "workstation"
versions that need to use MMAP, while the even number endings are for
"server" versions that don't have MMAP. Why HP has to be so stupid is
a mystery.
