Subject apache_1.2b1: htdocs: Documentation Update (Round 2)

Here's round 2: some more broken links in the documentation tree.
In the meantime, I have MOMspider inspect the tree, so perhaps we'll have
round 3 after this.
These diffs are relative to the "round one" patches. Ask me if you want
them relative to the base version.

Oh, BTW: in htdocs/manual/mod/core.html, there's an unsatisfied reference
to "". Where can this be found? Can we supply an external
reference instead?
