It'd be nice if the /~user/ suid functionality could be activated on a per-user
basis instead of globally-or-nothing, as it is now.  If I turned it on for
Hyperreal I'd have to coordinate a lot of CGI scripts.... in fact ideally, the
only thing suexec activation does is allow me to use the "User" directive
within <Directory> and <Location>, etc., containers in conf files. (not
.htaccess certainly! :)
