Subject typedef int rlim_t on HPUX10

Feedback from a customer using a recent snapshot; obviously the right fix is to
ifdef it per hpux10. Anyone in the development group using hpux10?

in conf.h

line 114 change

typedef int rlim_t;

to
/* typedef int rlim_t;      Philip Nelson */

or some such. rlim_t is defined in sys/types.h as
unsigned int rlim_t

on this HPUX10 system and the compile fails.
