Subject no acceptable variant

I just noticed Apache double logging this error message when there's
no appropriate language available.

[Wed Nov 20 18:30:23 1996] access to /usr/local/httpd/html/index.html failed for 194.247.161.93,
reason: no acceptable variant

I'm off to bed and can't look at this until Thursday evening (UK) at
the earliest, so would welcome any input before then.

I use ErrorDocument on for 406, it's a plain HTML file (no scripts).

Certainly no showstopper, but it'd be nice to get rid of the duplication.
