it's your credit card number encoded.

"EntityTag" ?  some kind of unique identifier for a response based
on date/size/inode number  'n stuff.

I never followed the spec to see what it's for but the obvious use is to
determine if responses are for the same version of an object. Probably
useful for when requesting ranges - you don't want the range of a different
version of the response.
