I've found a bug in Apache 1.1.1 wrt the CGI 1.1 spec.

The spec says:

    REMOTE_HOST
      The fully qualified domain name of the agent sending the request to the
      server, if available, otherwise NULL.

However, when I run my test suite my CGI script gets a value of
"localhost" for this variable.

I don't have a suggested fix for this one.
