Actually, the nasty case is a module called "foo_module" linked into
the same binary as another which is just called "foo".  Regardless,
you're right --- it's difficult to imagine this ever becoming a problem
in practice, so long as you aren't changing the names of the C structures
themselves, as made visible to the linker; I was misreading.  Mea culpa.
