I don't understand what the debate is about.  In the case of something like
regex, it is (or should be) designed such that if a particular platform has a
working regex implementation the library we include with Apache is dropped out.
It should be a priority for us to make sure that this is a seamless action.
Theading should be the same thing - if there's no kernel threading, we have
rsthreads, and if he can get it working with stdio as he's claimed then what's
missing?  And why does including rsthreads hurt those unices with native
threading?
