Subject: aliased directory

when pointing as a real directory one can omit the trailing slash:

http://somewhere.com/directory
is the same as /directory/
and of course /directory/index.html

yet with aliased directories (Alias tag) the first option will look for a
file in the root called "directory" instead.

this of course is of no importance when I have all my hyper links right,
but when people type the URL "from memory" it may not work.

bug exists back in the NCSA server too. (more like a lacking feature than
a bug, I know...)
