Hmm, not sure what was in my mind when I wrote that.  Yes, a single
listing of types would probably be fine as the "tie-breaker".

Nope, just a good answer to "Accept: image/gif,image/jpeg" and "Accept:
*/*" (which *is* being sent for inlined images) when I have a jpeg and gif
and would rather send them the jpeg.
