	In case Randy didn't have time to answer, he's working on this
now.  Last I heard from him, he was close to getting the setrlimit stuff
to work.  We'll have a fix just prior to supplying a patch for the next
round of suEXEC -- which, by the way, is 50% done and is about to be sent
on to you guys...
